The Quality Management System at Petron is certified to ISO 13485: 2016. Documented procedures are in place to ensure that all internal and customer requirements and specifications are met. Our internal audit system evaluates the effectiveness of our system.

We have an excellent Operations Manager, an exceptional Plant Manager, and a very capable and experienced Quality Assurance and Control Manager working proactively with our quality assurance and control personnel. Our commitment to quality is carried down to all our employees. We train and educate our employees to make the right decisions to achieve our goals of the quality that is expected from us, and from our customers. Our machine operators are held accountable for their work. Our quality inspectors verify acceptance through in-process, primary, and final inspections.

Petron has state-of-the-art inspection equipment and software. Among other, we have one Nikon Vision System, two Dorsey 16? comparators with Quadra-Check Readouts, a SPI 24? comparator with Quadra-Check Readout, Mitutoyo tool makers scope, digital micrometers, digital verniers, digital dial indicators, a Master Gage block set, and a Beta Laser Mike. All measuring equipment at Petron is calibrated and traceable to NIST.
